Cheddar is the special expert's tool for preparation of MIDI (and maybe other VLTI) observations. It shows elevation, position angle and length of the projected baseline for a list of targets during one night.
All you need is a computer with tcl/tk installed and
this tarball (Cheddar version 2.7).
Alternatively, you can get it from
github.
Ungzip it, untar it, cd to the "Cheddar" directory, and start it:
./cheddar test.cheddarThere is also a Readme-file which, of course, nobody ever reads.
